End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

  • “Licensor” refers to Jezza Roddy, the creator and copyright owner of the Music Pack.

  • “Licensee” refers to any individual or entity who purchases, downloads, accesses, or uses the Music Pack from any marketplace, storefront, website, or distribution platform.

  • “Music Pack” or “Music” refers to any audio tracks, loops, stems, sound files, compositions, recordings, or related audio content created and distributed by the Licensor.

  • “Marketplace” refers to any online storefront, platform, marketplace, or distribution service through which the Music Pack is made available, including direct sales by the Licensor.

  • “Project” refers to any creative work in which the Music is incorporated, including but not limited to video games, films, videos, podcasts, applications, advertisements, livestreams, or other multimedia productions.

  • “Standalone Product” refers to any distribution where the Music itself is the primary value of the product, including music libraries, soundtrack albums, stock audio collections, or downloadable audio packs.

2. Grant of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Music Pack (“Music”) in your creative projects, including but not limited to:

  • Video games

  • Films and videos

  • Podcasts

  • Other multimedia projects

This license is valid for both personal and commercial projects.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Music as a standalone product.

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the Music.

  • Use the Music to create or sell a soundtrack, music album, or any collection where the Music is the primary value.

  • Use the Music in ways that break applicable laws or infringe on others’ rights.

4. Copyright

The Music is and will remain the sole property of Jezza Roddy.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

5. Termination

This Agreement takes effect upon download.

Licensor may revoke this license if you fail to comply with the terms.

If terminated, you must stop using the Music immediately.

6. No Warranties

The Music is provided “as is”, without any warranty (express or implied).

Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Music.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, receiving, and/or downloading any Music Pack distributed by the Licensor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
