End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Battle Music Pack ("Music") in your creative projects, including but not limited to:

• Video games

• Films and videos

• Podcasts

• Other multimedia projects

This license is valid for both personal and commercial projects, free of charge.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Music as a standalone product.

• Claim ownership or authorship of the Music.

• Use the Music to create or sell a soundtrack, music album, or any collection where the Music is the primary value.

• Use the Music in ways that break applicable laws or infringe on others’ rights.

3. Copyright

The Music is and will remain the sole property of Jezza Roddy.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

4. Termination

This Agreement takes effect upon download.
Licensor may revoke this license if you fail to comply with the terms.
If terminated, you must stop using the Music immediately.

5. No Warranties

The Music is provided “as is”, without any warranty (express or implied).
Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Music.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up to receive and/or by downloading the Battle Music Pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
